What Can You Do With The City Hospital Patient Portal?

  • Privately view some radiology and lab results online
  • Access health records, such as immunizations, medications and allergies
  • Download health records to easily share with doctors
  • Save time by paying health bills online
  • Use the Apple Health Data app for iPhone as an additional way to access your health records

What is the patient portal?

The patient portal is an online health management tool that uses proven, credible and widely embraced technology to provide patients secure access to and ownership of their personal health information.

 

Who is eligible to enroll?

Patients can enroll at the time of their stay or an invite can be sent by calling 214-324-6366 and an email will be sent to them to enroll.

 

How do I sign up?

You can enroll during hospital admission or request an account in-person by providing a valid email address to our patient access staff. Soon after, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your account.

 

When will I see my lab results?

Lab results will be posted to the patient portal 24 hours after results are entered into your electronic health record by your provider team. 

 

Is my information secure?

Yes. The federal government has established standards and other criteria for all data that is captured electronically.
